Job Title: Cleaner
Location:ÂAda-George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Hour: 14 hours per week, 7 days a week.
Job Description
- The cleaner role presents an opportunity to join PEPHLA Laboratory Centre, where knowledge, experience, and skills are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- To perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and hygienic medical laboratory center. This includes sweeping, mopping, wipe, sanitizing, dusting, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture.
- To collect and dispose waste materials, garbage, and recyclables according to standards.
- To clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, and mirrors. windows, and glass surfaces to ensure infection free medical laboratory centre.
- To follow procedures and guidelines of the medical laboratory centre.
- To follow all safety protocols rules and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and ensure personal and environmental safety.
- To report maintenance or repair issues for repairs/replacement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- To perform manual tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
- To manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- To be punctual and reliable.
- To have a good communication skill.
- To be trustworthy with respectful behavior.
- Must be confidential with sensitive information.
Salary
N35,000 – N45,000 monthly depending on experience and skills.
